What do I use to lubricate my treadmill belt?
You should only use a treadmill rated lubricant that is 100% silicone.

Do you carry spare parts?
We carry spare hardware, lubricant and basic necessities. We do not carry major parts as there are too many brands and models that require different things.

Do you cover extended warranties?
We do, however you must contact your equipment manufacturer to set up warranty claims.

Do you accommodate requests not listed in your offered services?
Yes! Our list of services covers the most common things we do. However we also provide custom service as they arise.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept cash, Venmo and most major credit cards and is required at the time of service.

Where do you provide service?
We currently cover most of the state of Kentucky including Louisville, Lexington, Bowling Green, London and everything in between. As well as Southern IN including New Albany & Corydon areas, Southern OH including Cincinnati, Hamilton & Mason. Give us a call if you're unsure about your particular area!

How often should I maintenance my equipment?
With everyday use you should maintenance your equipment once a quarter or every 3 months.. With occasional or seasonal use you should maintenance at least once per year.

Do you warranty your work?
We warranty any work performed by us for 30 days from the date the work was originally performed.

Do you only service residential equipment?
No! We also service commercial equipment in gyms, hotels, physical therapy facilities, senior living facilities and many more!
